The polycrystalline diamond compact
Blanks is synthesized by high-temperature and high-pressure diamond
micro-powder, catalyst and cemented carbide substrate. It has the wear
resistance of diamond, the strength of cemented carbide, and easy to
weld.
Because the durability of polycrystalline diamond tools is dozens of times or even hundreds of times that of cemented carbide tools, and the characteristics of high tip strength, easy to collapse, sharpness, etc., it is widely used in wood processing.
